I agree with you when using gentle cleanser for your body because based on what I have researched, a body wash that has moisture helps to hydrate the skin and improves the barrier function like reducing dark spots, improves scar healing, etc. That’s why it is really good to use moisturizing soap as a starter. I also use Dove and it really helped my skin to be moisturize 😊.

notes: (based on my experience) the celeteque moisturizer broke my skin out, I know that skin care can vary through out skin types and skin needs but if you're oily acne-prone sensitive skin then I don't think you should purchase it, it broke me out and once I found out that that's the product that has been making me itch; the bottle was already empty, but then again products effectiveness may vary

I have a lot of takeaways from this video, especially that I really trust Sir Jan Angelo when it comes to skincare routines and recommendations. Firstly, what I found helpful is yung pagpapaliwanag niya kung bakit it is not always necessary to scrub our skin. As someone na everyday magscrub ng skin kapag naliligo, I gained clarity na hindi pala siya dapat palaging ginagawa because it causes irritation on our skin na siyang reason why it darkens or reacts the other way. Akala ko kasi, the more we scrub our skin, the cleaner or more helpful it is in brightening our skin-pero hindi pala. Secondly, as an avid user of dove products and milcu, natuwa talaga ako sa pagrecommend ni Sir Jan Angelo sa mga ito kasi dito ko napagtanto na go-to products pa rin pala yung dove and milcu, and that there are still people using them despite the many new brands emerging in the market. Minsan kasi napapaisip din ako na what if magshift na ako ng products lalo sa pang-underarm care (like baka napag-iiwanan na ako or baka mas mabilis yung effect nung other products), pero through this recommendation, parang mas lalo pa akong naengganyo na magstick na lang sa dove and milcu since trusted products naman talaga sila. Thirdly, the product that I want to try is the sunscreen. I've been really looking for a sunscreen na walang white cast and mataas ang SPF lalo na kailangan ko ito dahil napakainit sa university namin and araw-araw akong bilad sa araw. I want to try the Dermaction Plus, even though it's a bit pricey, because it can be used for both the face and skin, so that's a double benefit for me (feel ko naman practical na ‘yon, at some point hahaha). Apart from that, I also want to commend Sir Jan Angelo for providing alternatives that can help those on a tight budget when it comes to skincare.

Gusto ko talaga try yung Dove deodorant serum. Never tried serums sa underarm so nakakacurious talaga to, pangpabrighten ng skin due to shaving 😢
